Business Policy

NO REFUNDS!! 

We do accept exchanges in the same conditions as giving. You can exchange your merchandise long as you have your Receipt or order number, in 2-4 business days. We don’t NOT accept worn items. If size is too big/small please make sure no stains are on items upon emailing the business email (BoujeePaid@gmail.com). If items are damaged upon arriving please contact us in 1-2 business days to resolve the issue. Please read the instructions giving with purchase items to take proper care of designer charm bracelets. Please understand that any sale, discount codes, & discounted items are final sales.

Please make sure you pick the right size for all clothing. 

Shipping and delivery Policy 

BoujeePaid shipping method is USPS for all orders. All orders are shipped out 1-2 business days after payment. It takes 3-5 business days for the items are delivered. We are not responsible if your items are lost or if package says delivered and it is not there. You will have to put in a claim with USPS. How fast or slow your shipping process is depends on USPS once we give you a tracking number. Once we give them your products please understand USPS are responsible.

 

Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day

 

 

You will receive tracking information the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. However, you'll be able to use your USPS Tracking number at www.usps.com anytime to track your delivery status.
